Day 1: How did you find LBD

I pretty much knew of it's existence from when it started. Various people talking about it, plus I'm a huge Pride & Prejudice fan. At that time I mostly cringed and went ugh another attempt at doing P&P and it will be just as horrible as the rest. I have seen about all the versions and still swear the BBC one is by far superior and the only acceptable version.

But I finally broke down and watched the first episode...and immediately fell in love with Lizzie and the imitation of her mother. I watched the first 50 episode straight through and finished the entire series within a couple of day, needless to say I also approve of this version.
