So looks like the first major pickups have occurred. Once Upon a Time got a full season so woot.
Also Last Man Standing which is one of the few 30 minute comedies on that I enjoy.
Revenge already had their full season which that show is just enthralling.
Sadly Pan Am only got an order for 5 more scripts, not even episodes. I was expecting it but still sad cause I really like it.

I'm a fan of tvbythenumbers cancellation odds which seem to be pretty accurate most of the time. Most of my shows seem to be pretty safe. Prime Suspects is all but sure to be canceled, but I didn't even make it all the way through the first episode of that.

Glee is sure to be renewed since even with it's 2nd lowest ratings ever it's still decent, rating wise that is. The show itself, well I could go on a huge thing about how much I'm hating it, but that rant is old. I'm not sure I'm even going to continue watching through this season so we'll see, I keep hoping, but it just doesn't have that feeling it used to.

Now Tera Nova, it may be on the bubble, while Fringe seems the more likely candidate to be canceled, if anything will on fox, part of me thinks they will hold on the the Fringe franchise, verses the new one.

A Gifted Man's chances are not looking promising, and Person of Interest and Unforgettable are both "bubble" shows, all three of which I'm rather fond of.

And ok that's more then enough of my pickup/cancellation ramblings.

okay, I was hoping someone would make a post about this so I could have a place to talk... I'm too frazzled with all my shows to make a post of my own xD

GOOD THINGS FIRST!
-Once Upon a Time <3 I'm so glad it's doing well (even tho I worry about where this show will go once the first season is over... one step at a time!)
-All the shows that are almost certain to be renewed: Castle, Modern Family, 2 Broke Girls, Criminal Minds, TVD, Glee (I am in an awkward relationship with this show), New Girl... and TBBT which has already definitely been renewed!
-All the shows that are most likely to be renewed, if things continue the way they have been: Last Man Standing, Suburgatory, CSI, H50, Supernatural, The Secret Circle, Raising Hope, Parenthood, Up All Night.

On the fence about:
-Shows that are most likely coming back that I have lost interest in: House, The Office (I WISH I KNEW HOW TO QUIT YOU!!!).
-Shows that are right in the middle of cancellation and renewal that I really like: Man Up, Unforgettable, Gossip Girl, Hart of Dixie, Community, Grimm.
-Shows that are right in the middle of cancellation and renewal that I don't care about even tho I hoped I would: Person of Interest. SRSLY? THIS WILL GET PICKED UP BUT UNFORGETTABLE WON'T AND I WILL CUT BITCHES. I'M JS.

Bad things tho... :(
-Chuck's final season :( that's inevitable but still sad lol
-FRINGE. WTF THEY CANNOT CANCEL FRINGE. IT'S SO EFFING GOOD. EVERY EFFING WEEK. WHY DON'T PEOPLE WATCH THIS SHOW?! MOTHERFUCK. lol /rage
-A Gifted Man :( I really love this show too!!! DAMN YOU FRIDAY NIGHTS
-Prime Suspect :( :( :( I like this show so much better than some of the other ~~cop shows I watch and of the new dramas I started, it's definitely ranked higher than Person of Interest! :( displeased.

I didn't think I'd like Suburgatory before it first aired, so I really hope it stays! Same with The Secret Circle, though I thought this one was going to be overly cheesy.

Wasn't this supposed to be Supernatural's last season? I thought I read that somewhere..maybe it was just a rumor. I wasn't as happy about last season, because how can you top the Michael vs Lucifer mess, but this season...I'm not sure what to think about it.

Anyway, I should have known that when the fall lineup began all of the shows I watch/want to check out would naturally fall into the same nights/timeslots. XD

I was looking forward to Once Upon A Time since I saw the previews, but I'm not so sure about it. I think its first ep might have made more sense if they had used what happened to the characters occur in the beginning rather than butting it in the present sequences, but that's just me.

I hate that I'm missing 2 Broke Girls for Terra Nova, but I am enjoying the show. At least I was before the World Series bumped it to who knows where. :/ I don't know what I missed in those episodes, but I'm not so crazy about this past one.

Glee will not get cancelled as long as it continues to make boocoos of money for Fox. While people keep buying the singles and episodes on iTunes, tickets to the live concerts and other Glee memorabilia, they won't cancel it, no matter how bad the show is.

I don't know if they're counting me watching Glee because I have class every Tuesday night and have to watch it on DVR.

I also enjoy Last Man Standing, but Home Improvement was also my show as a kid.

unless you are part of the Nielsen research, it doesn't matter when you watch it. If you are, I believe they count DVR ratings up to a week after the show has aired. If you watch it by then, then it counts under a separate algorithm, I believe.

I heard they can count any DVR viewings if you don't skip the commercials, this doesn't apply to just Nielsen families.

Well the numbers people say that unless your Nielsen the networks don't really take any of it into account even though Comcast ect put out the numbers. The numbers comcast and such put out are supposed to be the same as the Nielsen those who watch it the same day it airs, and those who watch it within 7 days. How much of any of that is true is all in the networks world lol

Yay for Once upon a time! It's not good exactly, but I like it.

I'm sad about Pan Am though - I really like it.

Fringe has been on cancellation slate since season one, it's now season four. It won't get cancelled mid-season. I doubt Fox wants to risk the wrath of the sci-fi fandom again. It would be the next Firefly. It will at least get to finish off the season, although I think everyone's hoping for another one.Seriously, this show is Good (yes, capital G).

I like Terra Nova but I'm not particularly hooked or attached to any of the characters, and I know it's one of the most expensive shows on TV.

That's what they are calling, but Fringe has had bad ratings previously and still not been canceled so there is really no telling.

But yes Pan Am makes me sad :(
