Starring

Lea Michele as Faye Hanson

Faye Hanson was born in a small town in Montana. Her mother Anna died giving birth to her, and her father was verbally and occasionally physically abusive. She grew up hiding away in her room listening to every show tune she could get her hands on and swore to herself that was where she was going to be someday. As soon as she turned 18 she packed up her few belonging and what cash she had saved, and caught a bus to New York. There she finds the family she has always dreamed of and maybe even a love to spend her life with.

Darren Criss as Bill Ayton

Bill Ayton is a singer and a songwriter born in New York City. He’s been performing on the streets since he was old enough to walk. His past is a bit of a mystery. Jake and Bran found Bill living in an alley when he was 14 and took him in. Four years later Bill views them as family, and they always have an open door for those in need. Most days you will find him performing on the street getting his music heard, hoping for that big break. When Faye walks into one of his performances his whole world changes.

Aaron Tevit as Jake Cooke

Jake knew he was gay before he even knew what being gay was. Growing up next door to Bran Burham, Jake had wanted nothing more than to be Bran’s best friend. When they got older Jake wanted nothing more than to be Bran’s boyfriend. And when they got even older he wanted nothing more than to be Bran’s husband. And while that may not of happened yet they were together, always. They had made a nice home, big enough for plenty of guests, which they loved to have. Bran had taught Jake the importance of giving what they have to those who really needed it, so that is what they do.

Gavin Creel as Bran Burham

Bran Burham grew up wealthy. He was always given anything he wanted, and always gave everything he had away. He always believed that it was better to give then to receive. For the longest time there was only one thing in his life he didn’t share, Jake. Jake was his, and had been since they were children. But as he taught Jake how wonderful it felt to give, Jake taught him that Bran could share Jake’s heart with others. With that they bought a large house, and began to take in “strays.” Those who were lost. Those who just needed a safe place for the night. Those who would become part of their family.

And Jonathan Groff as Kayden Nichols

Kayden Nichols was for lack of a better word, a slut. He had no love as a child, no hugs, no kisses, no pats on the head. So now, that Kay was older he clung to anyone and everyone. Male, female, it didn’t matter, as long as the body was warm and they would let him snuggle into them for a bit, he could care less. Jake and Bran had taken Kay in one night, after someone was less then receptive to his advances. Somehow they had become like parents, Bill, like a brother. They always welcomed him with a hug, and let him snuggle into their sides while watching TV. They gave Kay a home, and maybe a chance to change his life.
